Ingredients & Directions
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
2 1/4 c Bread flour
3/4 c 7-grain cereal mix
1/3 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tb Powdered buttermilk
1 1/2 tb Applesauce
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Molasses
3/4 ts Salt
1 1/8 c Warm water
1/2 c Sunflower seeds
All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before
starting. Add all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds to the pan in
the order listed. Select « White Bread ». Press « Start ». Add the sunflower
seeds just before the end of final kneading when the « beeps » sound. Gaye
