Ingredients & Directions
1 ts Yeast
2 1/2 c Flour, bread
2 tb Sugar, brown
1/2 tb Salt
1 tb Pumpkin pie spice
1 c Pumpkin
3 tb Oil
2 Eggs
1/4 c Water
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set « baking control » at 11 o’clock. Select « white bread » and
push Start. In hot, humid weather, reduce water by 1/8 c.
