Coconut Pound Cake

Ingredients & Directions


CREAM VERY WELL
2 Sticks unsalted butter
1 Stick margarine
3 c Sugar

–ADD–
6 Eggs, one at a time, mixing
-well

ADD ALTERNATELY
1 c Sour cream
3 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda

–ADD–
1 tb Vanilla
1 cn Coconut (approx 7 oz)

Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 mins. let
cool 20 mins and then remove from pan.
